Delivery & Shipping
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands using PostNL as our primary carrier. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. For European destinations, delivery is typically fast and reliable thanks to our central European location.
European Shipping (EU):
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): €6.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): €12.95
Worldwide Shipping:
- Standard International (7-14 business days): €14.95 - €24.95
- Express International (3-5 business days): €29.95 - €45.95
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all EU orders over €100. Free express shipping applies to orders over €200 within the EU.
All orders are shipped via PostNL with tracking. For customers outside the EU, please note that your country may charge import duties and taxes upon delivery (see section below).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation.
All prices include Dutch VAT (BTW) at 21%. For customers within the EU, the price you see is the final price you pay - no additional VAT will be charged at checkout.
For business customers with a valid VAT number (BTW-nummer), please contact us before placing your order to arrange VAT-exempt purchasing.
EU VAT Information:
- Netherlands VAT rate: 21% (Laag tarief: 9% for certain items)
- VAT is included in all prices for EU customers
- Businesses can request VAT exemption with valid registration
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your PostNL tracking for updates or delivery attempts
- Verify your shipping address is correct in your account
- Check with your local post office if a delivery notice was left
- Contact our customer service team if no resolution is found after the estimated delivery date plus 5 business days
PostNL provides insurance for lost packages. For confirmed lost packages, we will work with PostNL to locate your order and arrange a replacement or refund.
